Quick response, but repair never completed. Months of calls, appointments with wrong parts, missed appointments and refusal to answer calls. They got their money initially, so no need to finish the work... But after contacting the manufacturer of the Hot Tub myself and getting the needed part, we were finally able to get them back to finish the repair. Only took 10 months

Took my $600 for a pool liner and haven't return with the liner to install and won't return calls or text. I will have him in court with in a few weeks
