        The best gym on the Cape. The staff are very welcoming. 1-week memberships are available. It’s very well-equipped and clean.

        Mediocre at best and for the price, unacceptable. Force you into a yearly contract and then require 30 days for cancellation, ie, your membership renews on the first and cancel on Oct 2, you are paying for October and November. Awful practice from a bleh club means 1 star.
