        Mental Health Board Membership

        It appears that they qualify the needed "consumer" board member to be someone that has ultizied mental health services for casual problems and not the true "consumer" that has severe and ongoing illness. Their consumer board member could be someone that has received divorce conceling or very short term services and never need their services again.
