I recently had the compressor go out on my relatively new AC unit. The receptionist was cordial and promptly scheduled a technician to be dispatched within my schedule. The tech (Larry Guzman) arrived at the time she projected (8AM) and provided prompt professional service by looking at my whole HVAC system; made a speeding recommendation; provided me with the cost of proposed repairs not under warranty before work was started and obtained the necessary equipment shortly after noon. Not only is my AC back on line, my heater is ready for winter. i am very pleased with the service i have had with Stark through the years and appreciate Larry's work and professionalism. Thank you -

Would not recommend this company...They over charge for basic parts a 50.00 dollar capacitor costed me 249.00 plus a service call of 79.00

We met Chris at the Dallas Home Show. We were impressed with his knowledge- especially that he had service experience. He was able to answer our questions, address our concerns, and get us the best system for our needs and budget. The installer and his crew did a terrific job.

We currently have a contract with this company for going on three years now and are quite contented to inform everyone that we are very pleased with the services their technicians provided. As a matter of fact, the most recent services they provided, was through Clint and we plan to specify his return for our forthcoming maintenance service. It was Clint who gave us all the information whereas we decided to upgrade from previous Silver to Gold. We want to commend Clint for his technical knowledge and the friendly rapport he established with us.

They did not try to sell me up or try to persuade me to get anything that I did not need. He gave me options on what needed to be fixed.He was very thorough with explaining everything and thorough with the repairs.

My air had went out this past summer and another competitor had told me that I would need a completely new system.Stark Air came and fixed my system for a fraction of the price and I didn't even need a new one. I'm glad I decided to get a second opinion.

The technician Stark sent over was great. You all displayed very good customer service and a commitment to quality. The price for Stark was just slightly higher then a competitor, but you all came to me and gave excellent service so I do not mind the least bit. Thank you!

I needed emergency service. Stark came out to the house with a loaner unit for me to use while the new system was being installed. No other company offered to do that. The Stark staff showed me the best system for my house. I also had them install a air purifier which made a big difference n the air quality. I wouldn't use any other company.
