Factory Connection

The clothes were nice but the customer service was horrid. Was shopping around and taking my time as I had not been there and a young lady was vacuuming the carpet in the area I was looking at. I was paying no attention to her and continued shopping. A few moments later heard her telling the other sales attendant very loud so the entire store (including me) could hear that I was in her way and she could not get her vacuuming completed (but much ruder). Had to leave after that and I probably won't be going back due to the experience. Very sad because the clothes seemed ok. Workers need trained in customer service!
