A Tire & Auto Service Center

I gave this shop a second chance after getting grease on the seat of my brand new truck, and after taking it back, they poorly cleaned it up. This was a mistake. I brought the truck in to get my tires balanced, and was told two of my rims were bent. Off their recommendation I purchased a new set of rims and had them balance them.

This balance was not done well. In fact, the truck rode worse than when I had "bent" rims! I spent the next 300 miles calling shops along my route and finally found one after what felt like being in a paint shaker for 5 hours. I then watched this shop scrape off a vast majority of the weights A+ put on my new wheels, and add a small amount to the opposite side! I was told when paying my bill at A+ that they would take care of me and to let them know of any issues.

I called them and let them know the issues I was having, and was told that I would get a refund for the balance. When I got back into town and talked to them about it a few days later, they were argumentative about the refund, and at most would only give me an in store credit, of which I would never use because they will never get my business again! I cannot possibly recommend them to anyone! I had both my bill from them, and the bill from another shop, dated the same day, for the same services.

Not only did this shop not take care of me as they said they would, but also went back on their word that they would refund me for the issues I was having. AVOID!
