Walmart - Vision Center

Both doctors are very personable and thorough. The counter staff are helpful but not especially outgoing; great if you prefer to make your own decision on your own time, but a little rough for a first-time patient who had no clue and wasn't sure what questions to ask. I have visited twice; once after school and had a wonderful experience and once during spring break with a store full of last-minute appointments and kids with eye infections; a long uncomfortable wait but not the staff's fault; they remained patient and professional.

This place is a joke and they don't know what there doing! I was wearing an extended wear lense that I was sleeping in, which they were told many times, it was also in my chart. I was due for another exam so I could get more contact lenses and asked if there was cheaper extended wear lense that I could wear. They switched me to a different lense and i've been having problems with them so I called them. I was told that the lenses that they switched me to were not made to sleep in. Seriously....they why the hell didn't they tell me this before I bought them, as they knew I needed a lense that I could sleep in??!! Then they tell me that since its been over 60 days, I have to pay for another exam to switch back to my previous brand. Yeah right...my exam should be free as they didn't give me what I needed! What a joke!

This vision center is awesome!! The staff so friendly and very helpful most of them have been there over five years! They helped me and my children all choose our frames! The doctor was great as well!!! Thanks for all you do

yes, they were rude to me. I waited 3 weeks on a pair of contacts just for a trial pair and they did not seem to care, it was no big deal to them. I could have ordered them online and had them in five days, but not at this vision center! I did not even go back for my follow up because I was so disgusted with them. BEWARE. I'll never go back there and advise anyone else not to do so.

The woman I spoke to at the front counter was incredibly rude to me. She was impatient and acted like I was causing her a great inconvenience just for asking about my glasses. It would greatly benefit this business to hire some friendly people who actually provide customer service. No one deserves to be treated like I did when they are giving a place their business.

Don't go here. The people here don't have there stuff together. They always sound impatient and rude when you ask them to many questions and they are to busy gossiping about their personal lives to have good customer service.
