I had a wonderful experience with Shannon Winter today. She was absolutely fabulous in fixing my pineapple yellow hair (thanks to my husband's mother). She was extremely knowledgeable in knowing how to fix this debacle. In addition, she was a lot of fun! When I left my hair was a gorgeous natural looking blonde. Thank you Shannon!!!

I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF IT WERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH! Simply because when they split with their business partner instead of being decent people to innocent customers that had nothing to do with the situation - THEY WERE RUDE, NASTY AND FLAT OUT LIED about knowing the contact information of the women that they split ways with EVEN THOUGH THEY OPENED A BUSINESS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OLD ONE!!!!! I do not like caddie and messy women and that's exactly what these women are. Such a shame b/c their old business partner was trying to be nice and direct Mirabella's customers to them. Shame shame
