Sent mail that looked like some important government or legal office letter, that contained a fake check that was an ad for their used car sales.

Stay away from this dealership. Management lies about everything then denies it. They tell you anything to get you in then they attempt to treat you like your stupid. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY

I took my 2015 Rogue on for the 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation and they were done in a very short time. Excellent service by Danny Suski!

I took our Pathfinder in for an oil change yesterday and received excellent customer service from RJ Lanza! The work was done in a timely manner, the car was clean, and the waiting area with snacks and beverages was very nice.

Worst experience possible

I was interested in purchasing a new nissan Altima so I came to Landers Mclarty Nissan. My first visit I test drove a 2014 Altima S thinking it was all I could afford because the salesperson wasn't even willing to show me anything else, I would have peferred the Rogue. The sales person said he would get back with me to run some numbers but never called back. Several weeks later I found a 2013 Altima SL I was very interested in so I called the dealership and someone said they would look up my info on my trade and that person never called me back. Days later a different person called and tried to get me to the dealership to look at a car and I told him I was not interested because of how I'd been treated. He told me if I came in he would work with the GM to get me a good deal on an Altima if I would just come in. I happened to be in town so I reluctantly agreed. When I got there they took the keys to my car and left me in the office for a very long time. I was late for work and I tried to get my keys back but they assured me they were almost done. The salesperson and the GM came back in and told me the 2013 SL was too expensive, but I could get an 2014 SV. I said that would be fine, so he immediately said that since I'm already late to work he would put me in a loaner car so I wouldn't put any more miles on my car and I could come back after work to sign the papers and pick up my new car. (Which became an S after the GM walked out) I felt very uncomfortable not even asking my husband about it so I took my keys back and left. I worked out the rest of the deal over the phone. My husband said that the dealership would have to pay off my car which was an extra $1000. The salesperson said that he would do it if I would come sign the papers after work so I agreed. When I got there they had a vehicle pulled up and I didn't even get to test drive it. When I went to sign the papers they had not paid off my car like they said they would. When I pointed it out the salesperson disappeared for 10 minutes and came back with only $500 taken off. I was so exhausted at this point I just signed it anyway. A few months later I came in to have my warranty repair, a loose trim piece fixed, and oil change done and needed a rental car; the rental department put me in a Versa that hadn't even been cleaned! It smelled horrible. When I got my car back they hadn't fixed the trim piece. In the meantime I've been very disappointed with the car overall. I wish I had gotten the Rogue and my husband hates the cloth material, I should not have been so pressured to buy a vehicle. I came back a few weeks ago to get my trim piece fixed again and an oil change and the guy in the service department said, "they do that, it's just a known problem with these cars". They offered a "complimentary" car wash as well, but when I got my car back they didn't even wash it. I told a new salesperson about all that I had been through and he offered to help and give me a "deal" on a Rogue. The original GM called me back and offered me $10,000 less than I paid for my Altima and thousands less than KBB. I was so upset that I called the GM and told him how disappointed I was and he cut me off in the middle of my story and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I told him I wanted to be treated with more respect and he didn't even say he was sorry he just said have a good day and hung up. I could not believe I had been treated so badly so I called the customer relations manager she was very nice and apologetic, but the GM would only give me a little over $1,000 over the original quote. But she offered me a service contract for an additional year of oil changes as a consolation. When I got the paperwork in the mail it was only covered for 10,000 miles. So for all of my trouble I get 2 free oil changes and tire rotations so I can come back and let them treat me poorly for free. I do not plan to ever go back and would highly suggest others do the same.

Do NOT do business with Landers McLarty Nissan in Huntsville, AL. I cannot stress this enough. Their customer service is subpar at best. Here is the story that happened to me during my last and final visit to this dealership. I ordered 4 new tires from TireRack.com and had them shipped to this dealer to have them mounted for ZdayZ. I took my vehicle to them on a Friday morning and dropped it off for them to do the work. I explicitly told the Service Advisor to have the technician to be careful mounting the tires as to not damage the wheels. That afternoon they called and told me it was ready. I make my way over to the dealer and pay for the service and go out to the parking lot where they left it to leave. Well I could not do so as I inspected my wheels they did indeed damage my wheels. Both front wheels had deep gouges in the lip from the tire mounting machine. No one bothered to inspect the vehicle and tell me up front there was damage. I go back in and they inspect the wheels and agree the fronts need to be fixed. The lips on the rear were fine. But that is not all. They fix the front wheels the following Monday to satisfactory condition. But when I wash my vehicle leading up to my departure to ZdayZ I find that EVERY rear lug hole was damaged from dismounting/mounting the wheels on the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to Landers McLarty to show them the damage their shop did. The Service Manager, Bill Mashburn, came out to look at it and declared it was not his shop who did this that it was me or another shop I had taken my vehicle to. Really? Your shop mounted 4 brand new tires on my 1 year old vehicle. Why would I take the wheels off or have another shop work on my wheels. Clearly he did not want to fix this issue and make it right and blame me or another shop as to the cause. Great business sense. Let a loyal customer who bought and had all the service done at your dealership walk away to save $250 to not repair the damage to my wheels they inflicted during service. The BBB has directed me to the Alabama Attorney General to state my case in order to make this right. Please steer clear of this dealership so you will not have to deal with their incompetence.

Don't buy a car here. The worst place I have ever did business with

I went this week to buy my second car from here. And Lori and Eddie the finance mangers said I had the car. And let me drive it all week. Said we had and deal. And then I went back up there and they told me no deal can be made. So I went the next day and bought and car from a different car lot. And they told me that landers ran my credit 12 times at one time. I will never ever buy and car here again. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The way I look at it they don't care to sell a car. So if you are looking to buy a car here don't.

I really like the service advisor. He's professional and friendly and makes it a pleasure to stop by to have my car serviced. The service and ownership experiences are excellent. I liked my salesman a lot too. These are the reasons, when I start looking to buy a car, the first place I'll go to is Landers McLarty Nissan.

This was my first experience with Landers McLarty and also my last. We purchased a new Nissan and a second-hand Mercedes the same day. They were too busy to detail the Nissan the same day although they had about three hours before we left. We prearranged a time to pick up the Mercedes the next day. At the prearranged time, the car was ready but there was NOBODY (and I mean nobody) from either dealer available to help us. Every person was in an all hands meeting that could not be interrupted. The sales manager comfirmed this later. These people do not care one iota about customer service. We spent over $70K and they could have cared less. Also, after my car was detailed, it still had bits of ballon and ribbon attached. This seems typical of the dealer, very poor attention to detail because they just don't care.

(I would give this dealer no stars but the system required at least one.)

Best experience I have had buying a car, hands down!

I worked with Thad at Regal Nissan on the purchase of a USED Quest van. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and laid back. I was not pushed on bit to make a hurried decision like most dealers make you feel. I let them know my bottom line, and we were able to make it work! I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was the best experience I have had. I will be a repeat customer of Regal Nissan. Thad had another couple that came in and asked for him personally after we had almost completed the transaction, and we told him to go ahead and help them not to make them wait, and he left us with Adam. These two guys are both very great assets to Regal and should be commended greatly. I wish you two all the best in the business world and in life! Felicia Jones- Real Estate- Customer since 5-9-09

PS, We even went in shorts and t-shirt to see how we were treated at all the different places, it was truly an eye opener, as we paid CASH! All dealers, take note do not judge a book by it's cover!
