Berryhill Funeral Home And Crematory

I ordered flowers from a local florist to be delivered to my friend's memorial service. These were the family sprays and were the main flowers to be in the service for decoration so it was pretty important. The florist delivered them to Berryhill but when we came for the service they said they had no flowers for us. It was embarrassing to say the least. So we had to have the service without the flowers I ordered. After talking with the funeral home and florist we found out that Berryhill Funeral Home mistakenly used our flowers in another funeral.

Although our memorial service went ok I didn't feel like we got the best treatment we could have. The meeting to set up the memorial was uncomfortable. We had to drag specifics about their services out of the gentleman.

He didn't make it clear until we arrived for the memorial that we were expected to conduct it all ourselves. I have never had that happen with a funeral home before.

Yes I expect a little more hand holding in the funeral industry... many of the customers are coming to you in a state of grief and need extra help. This is what you do.
