        Mr. Smith got my husband's criminal charge dismissed after filing a motion challenging the "so called" evidence against him. Mr. Smith kicked the prosecutor's rear end! We can't thank him enough! I would recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent criminal lawyer.

        I highly recommend attorney Roger Smith. He represented me on my divorce case and I am extremely pleased with the results. When it comes to alimony and child custody you want a lawyer that is going to fight for you and that is exactly what Mr. Smith did. Will definitely hire him again for any future legal needs.

        I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Smith for any criminal case. He is experienced as both a prosecutor and defense attorney which is a real plus to have an attorney with that kind of experience at your side in the Courtroom.
