        Overall

        I had a problem with my culvert overflowing and washing away the drive and part of my road. I called John and he not only came out promptly, he helped me figure out a long term solution to the problem, (as opposed to simply addressing the problem at hand). He was honest and direct and I will definitely be calling on him again.
