Papa John's Pizza

We have been online-ordering from this particular Papa John's (730 E Jericho Tpke, Huntington Station, NY 11746 ) for the last 5 years. Pizza is still great! However, we have given it a 2-star because the delivery boy(s) are getting worse by the months. Recently when I ordered from PJ, it took them an hour to deliver our pizzas. When they arrived at our place, these two delivery boys were chatting on the phone, laughing and joking. And our pizza was pretty much warm rather than the hot tasty pizzas we have had in the past. These guys probably took a joy ride around town rather than working. If this PJ doesn't get the right delivery men, our business with them is done. I sure hope PJ does the right thing...

I tried ordering on-line. After spending 10 minutes filling out all the information to "register", then entering in my order, and waisting 15 minutes in total; I get a "LOCATION NOT ANSWERING" message at the end. Then, I couldn't get the phone number to the location to call it directly--a place that is about 5 blocks from my house. I had to go to a "Yellow Pages" site to find the location's phone number, only to and be kept on hold forever, listening to a recording of some woman telling me that I could order On-Line, talking about how important customer service is to "PAPPA JOHN'S". WHAT A JOKE!!! I never got through, having listened to the loop of the recording 3x, I finally gave up and ordered from my local pizza shop. Whoever "PAPPA JOHN'S" sold their franchise rights to in Huntington Station, NY 11746 could give a damn about the franchise name and reputation at this local location. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM PAPPA JOHN'S AGAIN!!
