Late one night I heard a tapping around a high-hat ceiling light fixture. I saw a huge (2 1/2") black hornet obviously confused and trying to re-enter the slight opening under the flange. Soon he succeeded. (Phew!) But next day I checked Yellow Pages and MIllwood was the least...aggressive sounding. When I called and told him about the hornet, he said, "Don't worry. You don't need me to come. He doesn't belong there; he's a straggler, he'll get out or die in the cavity." He was right. Cost: nil.

We called about a vile yellow jacket nest actually coming thru our daughter's bedroom ceiling and Harry came almost right away and got rid of it with no problem. Such a nice man and completely professional. Would highly recommend without question. Called a few other places before calling Millwood and was not only quoted much higher rates but not treated with the courtesy and professionalism I received from Harry.
