Overall
the best school around SERIOUSLY

words can not express how wonderful this school is, the teachers are amazing you can see that they love what they do, and its not just a job with a paycheck. they are never short staffed if anything they are over staffed witch is wonderful becasue there is a teacher or aid everywhere. the school is unbelievably clean, im the mom that checks under sinks, on the rug in the corners for cleaness and they do an amazing job. but most of all, my son has speacial needs and they accomidated him, and let me tell you that is a huge relieve, my son has been asked to leave 3 preschools prior to kellies, beause pretty much all three other schools said they are short staffed and cant help, but at Kellies there matto "Its nothing we can't handle", not only did they want to be involved in my sons therapy but they cared and wanted to help. and they went above and beyond. im telling you after interviewing seriosuly every school in huntington beach, fountain valley, and garden grove this school is by far the best school in town.

Overall
We love Kellie's

My daughters have been attending Kellie's Academy since my 9 year old was 1 1/2. After a brief absence (we didn't need day care for a little while), we are back. My girls love it there. The staff has always been very attentive to the needs of my children as well as my needs as their parent. Definately recommend.

Overall
They are so good with my child

After I had my baby girl and I was forced to go back to work, I looked at 5 different places in the area. When I came to check on KAFK they seemed to offer the best care. They were clean, orderly, offer great well-rounded activities (for when she gets older), and the caregivers for this day care/ school are so nurturing. I brought my baby at 10 weeks and now she is 13-months old and has been thriving! I recommend this school to anyone who has children 6-week to 14 years old.

Overall
I do not recommend!

There were numerous incidents in the short amount of time my son attended this school. Read on and you will understand why I do not recommend this place...

1. He was put back in diapers even though he was potty trained.

2. He was constantly moved to a different classroom to sleep (couldn't find him when I arrived to pick him up)

3. One day, while sleeping in a different classroom, my son had an accident. The teacher "didn't have anyone to go over to his classroom to get HIS clothes" so she dressed him in another child's shorts and underwear(YUCK!)that were two sizes too big. They then sent him outside to play at 4pm in SHORTS during the winter. This was just unacceptable considering my son had lots of warm clothes in his classroom - where he should have been in the first place! My son got very ill after that and didn't recover for nearly a month.

With all due respect, I would like to respond. (Please note the parent does state that the child attended part time for a short time.) In response: 1)The parent specifically requested that the child be in diapers for the first couple of weeks as he was still in and out of diapers during the day. The teacher asked her after the first couple of weeks if she was ready for him to potty train and the parent said she felt that he had regressed due to seperation from her. Shortly thereafter, we did try the potty training again. 2)He did nap in the 3 year old classroom sometimes due to low counts. This is perfectly safe and legal. 3) He did have an accident and we did use borrowed clothes for him as he did not have a change of warm clothes in his classroom. If the clothing he borrowed was not appropriate for the weather that day, the parent would have been notified to leave work and bring appropriate clothing. Teachers always take notice of the weather conditions and make sure clothing for all children is appropriate at the center. Children get sick due to germs, not cold weather. We have been in the child care business for 27 years, children are safe, helathy and happy. We have literally hundreds of very happy families. Please visit our web site on superpages.com
