        Custom Care Appliance Repair in Huntington Beach was an idea thought of sitting at a kitchen table with a paper tablet, a wrench, and a screwdriver in 2007. After Bob woke up one morning with a refrigerator not cooling anymore, it becomes clear that local repair companies were replaced and run out of town by larger, conglomerate corporations. Customer service in these larger companies is the second rate and the repairs are anything but affordable. Don’t mention calling the manufacturer where telephone calls can lead to frustration and long wait times for appointments. After months of training, purchasing parts, and getting the word out, a new local “hometown” style company was born, Custom Care Appliance Repair.

        Impressed. Called and got service the same day. My oven had just died and I use it every day. The tech was professional and I was surprised that he had the parts right on his truck. In about 1 hour my oven was fixed. Price was fair and he even cleaned up after himself. Thank you Custom Care and Yp!
