Most recently we came here. The date was : Jan 31, 2019. This was on a Thursday. We were very sad and disappointed at what we saw. The first thing we noticed is no longer is there a security guard. Then we noticed a very aggressive elderly male white adult vagrant demanding money of customers so he could buy cigarettes. Then we noticed a possibly very aggressive gay Filipino getting butt close at the area that sells hot dogs. Then we noticed lots and lots of very possibly gay aggressive male customers come into this gas station. Each one was striving to get very gay butt close with any male customer in front of them. In the cashier's check out line. Then we noticed the very aggressive gay Filipino . He also was observed attempting to get very gay butt close while standing in the cashier's check out line . Maybe they should change the name from : Chevron Gas Station to The Aggressive Gay Burly Man Gas Station. Or Get Gay Butt Close Gas Station. No managers stopped all the aggressive gay butt close action. As though this is normal ? Then we noticed the aggressive gay Filipino bothering the female cashier . He touched her with something. If he did, I think this might be assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240.? Plus: Harassment . Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. The Filipino was observed driving a black Honda Civic . Calif. plate: 4PYH811. It was a four door , black Honda Civic. He parks in the front of the gas station. Nearest to Golden West Street. The cashier was heard saying: " Stop doing that, you always do that ". It appears the Filipino comes in every day and is sexually harassing the female cashier . This is a violation of : Calif. Gov. Code: 240. No managers or owners of the gas station are helping the female cashier . Is this called : Abandonment ? The gas station needs a security guard.

I love this gas station.Especially the cheese qusadias. The problem is they don't make enough.Then they make you wait five minutes. Other then this the staff are very nice. However; I do hope some one can address the loitering problem in the morning hours. Some people stand in the front doors pan handling. Also ; On Feb 18,2013 at 8:24 A.M. there was observed a male white adult staring at various customers. Then seen yelling profanity. Using the ;( F word) .His description is as follows: He wears a white or beige raggae style type hat.He has blond hair. He is about five foot six inches. About one hundred fifty pounds. He had a green jacket. Also observed with a black back pack. With blue levis and brown shoes. He also has a beard and a mustache. His yelling of proanity and staring at customers is a violation of; Calif Penal Code:415.1.2. and 3. This is also ;Disturbing the peace. His staring at customers. Is under chalenging and dueling. I hope the manager can infom the authorities. Customers don't want problems.Just gas. We need to feel safe. This guy could have a knife? Plus have mentle issues.
