Safety First Ambulance

Our driver, Shannon was incredible! However, the supervisor is SO rude! After waiting an hour and 15 minutes (when told 30-45), we were picked up. Our driver told us there was a third pick up. We are 5 MINUTES from our destination. the driver told me there wasn’t much she could do and to call the supervisor. I called him and he talked over me the entire time. I told him my dad was in pain and asked if, since we were the first pick up, could we be the first drop off. He argued and talked over me. I told him I’d be writing a review and he said “just tell your driver to drop you off first.” We picked up 2 others and he was dropped off first. Was that so hard?!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SUPERVISOR!!!! Have some compassion for people who are disabled!!!!!
