AVOID THIS CLINIC!!

I went to the clinic because my allergies are making me miserable. Sneezing, runny nose like someone turned on a faucet, and my eyes are gummed up so bad that I'm rubbing them raw.

The clinician was very helpful and knowledgable. She printed out my prescription and I took it to the pharmacy. The prescription had the wrong pharmacy printed on it so they refused to fill it without talking with the clinic.

After waiting a full day, the pharmacy told me they were still waiting for the clinic to return their call. I contacted the clinic myself and was told they would look into it. 3 hours later, I called them back again. The lady I spoke to told me they were too busy to do anything for me. They also told me the clinician forgot to list that she had given me any prescriptions in my paperwork.

A single, simple phone call to the clinician would have gotten them the verification that the pharmacy needed.

Now, I'm going on my second day after going to their clinic and still can't get my prescription filled. They wouldn't tolerate me waiting days to pay them. Their level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
