Heritage Inn of Hugo

The lady that was running this was very nice n pleasant to us. We came from Waco Texas.

I thought this was a quaint little place to stay, I stayed there about a month or so ago the owner was in then. He got me a room I had forgotten my id however so I ran ho e to get it. The owner had the AC on and the room cooling by tbe time I got back. Well I returned to stay again a couple of weeks ago. The lady there was hateful rude and unkind and refused to let me stay because I am fro. HUGO, big mistake she needs to chanfe her attitude. Where I work people come in for directions to places to stay I will not send them here trust me. rhe lady needs a new Outlook on life they will lose some Business if I have anything to say. No hard feelings to the owners you have an employee that needs an adjustment.
