After using your cleaners for just over a year, two years ago, I took a fitted wool baseball cap in to your Hudson Oaks, Texas location. It was returned ruined (shrunk in size, headband warped and color bled all over). You had laundered it!!! The girl working behind the counter told me to pay for it and come back and talk to the owner. I did. I returned. Owner would not talk to me and had told the working girl that she had to pay for it because she screwed it up. I told her not to knowing she couldn’t afford it and I ate the $50 price for the fitted baseball cap, but would not be back because of management.



June 18, 2013, out of pure necessity for a nearby cleaner, I went in to the same Hudson Oaks location. Where just barely in the back, behind the glass wall, the owner belittled and demeaned what sounded like an employee, all the while he kept repeatedly telling her, he would fire another employee and sounding like this employee would be caught up in the firings also. I had to wait about five minutes before the poor girl working the counter could get to me, so I had had enough of this down dressing. I moved over and asked if I had to hear his tirade also, where the unkempt owner rudely said "yeah!"



I asked again, telling him that it was inappropriate for customers to clearly hear this. He still didn't care. But I do. I'm done with you and will let others know how this owner treats his customers and employees with so little consideration!
