        Excellent!! My experience started with a phone call for services. The phone rep was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My appointment was scheduled within a week. The technician called before coming, arrived promptly, was very pleasant, efficient and a delight to work with. I will look no further for a septic service company--Hamm is now my go to. Very highly recommended!!

        Overall

        Don't call them in an emergency! They will not help you! Was told I would have to wait over a month before they could come out and I was a customer. I am not a customer of theirs anymore.
