        We've used The Jewelry Link for repairs for many years, and everything has always been perfect! As we are approaching our 30th wedding anniversary we walked in today with old gold in hand, and determined to find a new wedding band for my husband and a new 'diamond band' for myself. The service was OUTSTANDING! We will never use anyone else for our jewelry needs. Phenomenal folks to do business with! Honest, forthcoming, friendly, and THE best all around.         Had a repair by jewelry. It was expensive, the work looked like it was done by a 3rd grader and fell apart. Avoid this jeweler!

        I had a diamond taken out of my grandmothers engagement ring aND Put into mine after losing the diamond. I got m y engagement ring back witha crooked diamond, the wrong setting and melted gold around where my wedding band locked into it. I also cut my hand on the sharp edges that were left on it. I had them smooth out all the gashes they left around the setting. I came home and realized after staring at it for a while. I will not even bring it back to them. They should have said it could be nicked and scratched- or should have checkied it before giving it back to me like that!
