Simply Charming

The women who worked the night of the "witches night out tradition in Howell" we both rude and condescending regarding that paint that they carry. I watched as the berated a customer for simply asking questions regarding the process of chalk paint and the two old ladies behind the counter then proceeded to berate the women after she left ... I will never return to that store and never recommend it. What terrible business practice that was - and for the "women" behind the counter you should be ashamed at the way you talk about people after they leave and how it makes you look! If I could give you a negative amount of stars I would - the two of you should not either own that business or work there! I will never recommend the place - and I whole heartedly agree with Lucy!s review as I've seen these women in action.
