Overall

I’ve been going to this salon for five years and the service has been declining. One of the tech messed up my nails filing crooked and when asked to correct she threw her buffing file at me as the owner Tracy sat and allowed all of this to take place. Rude and terrible customer service. Would never recommend or go to this salon again.

been going there for years, was happy until a couple of months ago when they did a sloppy job, the techs are too busy on their phones and chatting with each other to pay attention to what they are doing. Then they decided to ask for cash only no credit cards. Sorry, I'm not carrying that much cash with me to make it convenient for them - looking for a new nail salon

I have been going to Tracy and Tony's studio for abt 20 yrs. I have tried multiple places throughout Livingston and Ingham counties and have, not once, found a better nail salon. Tony is always re-investing into his business; they offer private room waxing, they have some 10 high quality massage chairs for pedicures, they are dedicated to providing a good service, they offer with every full set and fill a hot towel therapy and hand massage included in the price, and I rarely ever have any issues - and those only with the talent of an individual hire. Tony has continuously upgraded the nail drying stations and tools / services to the latest technology and Tracy remembers almost every single person by name! And they also offer every single customer a small water, in addition to the bowl of candy they keep available, in addition to the comfortable waiting chairs they continue to upgrade, in addition to the massive amount of design selections. These people are great, and if you have a problem with them; it's called prejudice.



I have listened and talked with these people for 20+ yrs and learned that they talk vietnamese primarily for business purposes. And so what if you think they are talking about you - that sounds like a personal problem to me. I couldn't care less if they talked about me - that would also be their problem, not mine. I'm there for a service, without prejudice, and I will recommend Nails Studio to anyone anytime.

I'm sorry but after reading what this person said i find it very rude, how about you learn a 2nd language like a normal american, and not everyone can be perfect like you so instead of complaining about the place you go ask them for a refund or find a new place

I have been going to this nail...

I have been going to this nail salon for several months. I use to just get manicures. Then I tried the shellac and loved it. Tony does an amazing job with shellac. This weekend I allowed him to talk me into UV jell nails, big mistake, they were beautiful, they also hurt like the devil. I looked up on the internet how to remove them and found out they are actually acrylic nails... which I never wanted. I think I will find a nail tech who speaks English as a first language so that I can ask questions and understand the answers. If you go here... just know exactly what you are getting before they start. Good luck!
