Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Center of Howell

My wife called in for a price quote on a front end alignment. She spoke with manager Mike (who said he owns the place lol). He said it's $69.99 for a FOUR wheel alignment and a 2 wheel is half that. So I go in for an alignment the next day and got my front end half ass aligned. When he told me it was $51, I told him my wife had called the previous day and they basically told me $35. His response? "I'd be losing money if I did it for $35." He told me the BEST he could do is $44.99. I thought what the hell I save 5 bucks. So after I leave, I go online and find a coupon on www.autolabhowell.com for a front end alignment, tire rotation, suspension check, and tire pressure check for $39.99. I call him the next day and he tells me that the coupon must be corporate. I told him that it's on the website and his response is "it is?" So I stop in to get the $5 credit (which he never gave me) and tell Mike that the tires still seem to tow in. He said the alignment is perfect. How would he know he didn't do it. I told him to come look at it. He says "I dunno why you want me to look at it nothing we can do. Our alignment machine doesn't lie. VERY unprofessional! His piss poor attitude is going to get him in trouble someday. It's really a good thing (for him!) physical confrontation is illegal! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Traveling from out of town I stopped into this shop for a general repair. The service was timely, friendly and fair. Would look for another one again.
