I also love how she used all professional products and all her equipment is top of the line. If you are a local, relocating, or just visiting Houston don't go anywhere else except Versatile inside The Galleria III by Saks and be sure you schedule with Ms. Cake. You won't go wrong in her chair!

Ladies please do not go to this salon if u want to keep your hair! I just moved here and went to this salon. I am natural (relaxer free) i wanted to get extensions and the owner told me two girls would wrk on my hair at the same time. I should have left then. These virls we're definatly with out a doubt experimenting on me. Asking each other what to do. Now i too have a cosmetology license and i noticed only one person in the entire salon hada license on their station. They braided my hair extremely bulky and the braids were so big. It was the worse sew in i ever had in my 32 yrs of living! Not only where these girls experimenting on my hair but i saw a lady use bleach on a ladys hair and it was so spotty afterwards. I was over charged tremendously. I was told my service would b 150 and i was charged 200.00 for a treatment i never got or asked for! Not only are their unlicensed people working there, but they will up the price on u and last but not least the owner kept speakinf negatively of a previous employee! I will never ever go back
