        UNRELIABLE & LATE

        I cannot recommend this company for T.V. repair. The service was a week late, twice I was promised that the next day the T.V. would be fixed and no one showed up.

        Very unsatisfied and the price for repair is unreasonable.

        Tom was at his shop when I needed to drop off my tv. He called to tell me what he was going to do. I knew what it would cost me, and HE FIXED IT FAST!! That's all I wanted was the tv that I paid for watchable.

        Exelent service

        I had my tv "serviced" by Chappara Electronics. They kept my tv for about a week and had no results, their poor customer service an knowledge of the equipment, made feel very unconfortable,and very upset. that lead me to call the manufacturer. they gave me the number to United VRT, the manager there was more than happy to help me, as i explained my situation he took my tv and repaired it in a very quick manner, as i explained the problem he already knew what the problem was. His service and skill and superv customer service lead me to recomend United VRT. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CHAPARRAL ELECTRONICS. Call tom at United VTR he will be more than happy to help.
