Well they are nice condos, but its have dark side If you are African American. It's absolutely crazy I can't walk my son to/from the bus stop without someone excuses me stealing something off there front porch, 3 separate times . The third time they even recorded and took pictured of my car while I was waiting for my son bus to come, and ended of asking me the same questions .That's unnecessary bs, I know its bc I'm black, tattoos, dress different look different. Of course they say it's not that .. That's a lie because why would you come up to someone waiting for the child and accuse me of stealing .. I soon discovered they are part of H.O.A . Wow are you serious!!! Been Followed home 6 times, yep 6 times . 4 times walking from the my son bus stop and 2 time after working out. ... Not even half yet.. My kids was playing with there toys on our private porch, when a ( Older White Lady ) look over my gate and started conversating with my kids . My kids scream and ran inside scared of a STRANGER that was looking over the gate, clearly over stepping boundaries. She was startled when she realized I was sitting watching my kids play. I think that's not right , creepy, unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and most important did not have my permission. Later found out she was President of Home owner Association . she have video recorded me at night on my private porch smoking cigarettes confusing it with weed. It's creepy, unprofessional, and unsatisfactory that you would record me for no reason, no cause, and accuse me of a act . When you never had a reason to video record because I'm on my porch not bothering you, minding my business. Again Unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and ignorant. I'm your neighbor, we have never spoken to each other not a hello for you to record me on my private porch, and speak to 5 year old and 3 year old without a parent. (Unsatisfactory) . She constantly watching my family and visitors taking pictures of there plates when they are inside visiting. Later to tell me its alot of traffic when they are friends, family, and co workers. She interested in us so much she recording times we leave home. come back to later complain saying traffic running in and out when I drop my wife at work at 2 am - 5am different times to return home with my kids early morning . unsatisfactory and no reason....Also I have been told today my kids can't play on the porch, due to they might get loud an violate the rules. They are kids, they on a private porch playing . Kids sometime get loud but they are kids. 5yr and 3 yr old its hard to keep them quiet , when they are outside. .. I believe we are being targeted, being bullied by the H.O.A , discriminated and uncomfortable because I'm being watch for no reason. It's unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and ignorant . change is need or i will sue Trophy Club condo for discrimination and deformation of character. I pay rent like everyone else , why I have to live uncomfortable .
