Toyota Rent a Car

Avoid this business! Rented a car here while mine was in shop. Overcharged on rental. Voice mail request ignored, 3 prior verbal requests for final bill ignored. Business claimed refund issued, but will not provide confiming paperwork. Bank stated that refund was not issued or processed incorrectly and would have shown up on account the same day refund processed which has been my experience in the past with other refunds. 3 days later, not even a pending transaction on account. Final refund status undetermined.
