The Cleaning Authority - West Houston

Not all of the trash was taken out. The blankets on my sofa were rumpled and placed haphazardly as were all the pillows. The rest of the apartment seemed in good order, though nothing really smelled super clean and nothing was really shiny and sparkly like I had expected. There are scuffs all over my walls. They ripped their appliance out of the wall, pulling my outlet cover off the wall with it. I didn't even get a notification that my property had been damaged. I found the broken outlet plate stuck behind the mirror on my wall. I contacted the company and was told ohh hey we were just about to call you! No you weren't because you had no idea what I was talking about when I said my property had been damaged. I have not once heard from the manager about this awful service and the girl I dealt with, Janie, didn't even return my calls after she said she was going to investigate what had happened. I had to chase them down to retrieve my key back.
