The receptionist was rude and defensive. She refused to help when I asked a question. I think she is racist because I am black and she was mexican. All I wanted to know was how to get my medical records and she screamed at me to fax her the information and a release and she would look at it to see if she could release that information. My advice find a different doctor I did.
