        Terrace Café welcomes everyone who wants to experience true hospitality, and taste the national cuisines of The former Soviet Union, including Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Belarus. Our three-page menu is a travel through Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Belarus via food; starting with our signature appetizer options such as Sirniki, Khachapuri, or Blinchiki. Next comes a variety of traditional Russian salads such as the Olivier, Shuba, Vinegret or Lobio salad. We have the traditional soups like Borscht, and Okroshka and who can forget the Dumplings like the Russian Pelmeni, Kazakh Manti or Ukranian Vareniki with sour cherry. Entrees at Terrace Café include entrees like Golubtzi, Belarussian Kolduny, Uzbek Plov Pilaf and Beef Stroganoff. To compliment our menu we have included a variety of kebabs, sides, desserts and traditional drinks like Kvass and Kompot both made fresh by our chief here.
