        DO NOT BOTHER GIVING THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS.

        I called simply to ask questions and pricing and the man I spoke to was difficult to hear when he pronounced the prices. Aside from this, the prices for a new pastport were higher than other passport services by 20 dollars or more. He wanted to charge 195 dollars for govt. fees when a regular passport fee is only 110.... this is on top of the 55 dollars he wants to charge for him to mail it to the us govt.

        Needless to say, this man just HUNG UP on me simply for asking pricing questions.

        He needs to learn customer service to remain in business. Go somewhere else... a post office or a library and it costs you a lot less. I was forced to give him one star because this site will not let you NOT give any stars.
