Suncrest Village Townhomes

The apartment manager rented an apartment out to my cousin that had not been painted, very old and dirty carpet, broken window, trash on the back patio, rust in the refrigerator, holes in the wall, cockroaches dead in the dishwasher that had no bottom tray, broken door, cracked frames and the list goes on. This property is also poorly kept on the outside.

Roach infested, Poor maintenance, and very unfriendly staff. Currently being sued for electrical dangers, and resident endangerment. Over half the townhomes are vacant.
