I would like to say thank you for a great purchase experience. Russ did a terrific job. He was patient and made sure we got exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Russ listened and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Belli in the finance dept. was warm and explained all our options in an easy to understand way. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Scam DO NOT RENT from this dealer

I rented a car with a defective unseen damage.I had already purchase Colision damage waiver too.I called as soon as i went home and found out about the damage.they say it's ok.

But i did return the car everything was fine until i receive a call from claim department of the colision damage waiver as they claim i am the one who have the accident,i denied everything to the insurance and asked them not to pay then a penny.When i went and face the toyota Manager they try to cover it up and offering me 1 day free rental.I already was mad and outragous and already decided not to rent anymore from those crooks.

i decided to just walk out and fight the whole charges on my AX card as a fraud renting customers cars that they just took out from body shop in order to rent to customer.What's if the car has a serious condition i could have had a an accident.

beside that when they answer the AX with a copy signed buy me accepting the damage.That was a big mistake because i have the original that looks different than the one they falsificate.

Not Good

I have a corolla and a Camry. I had awful time with the service department before the extended warranty and after it expired. I bought a Camry from another Toyota dealer, and I had some problem 2 years later, so I took it to Sterling McCall Toyota, I fought with the service manager because he did not want to check my 2 years old Camry problem. So I talked to the general manager of the place and he got one of the techs to check out my car. All that hassle even My Camry still under factory and extended warrant. Not going there any more.
