Sterling Banquet Hall

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Sterling Banquet Facilities, at first I was a little hesitant because the prices seemed to low for what all they offered but everything they promised was delivered and they even threw in a surprise gift for us ! Thank you for working with our budget and needs , one of my bride maids is getting married there next year at their Bingle location.

We had our 25th Wedding Anniversary / Vow renewal at this location , we loved everything about it , front he price , decor and the customer service, I wasn't really keen about their photography package and ended up getting an outside vendor for it , the food was served warm although the veggies were not cooked according to my taste but our guests loved it ! I thank all the coordinators and event manager involved in making this event so successful for us ! Blessings

The Venue and staff are excellent , they did everything to accommodate our event, our guests had a great time ! We booked it for our wedding , and will surely be back for future events. Joe & Alena

The customer service is horrible. I went to tour the property on March 18th and was quoted a price. It was half price for weekdays which was quoted by Shakil, and the brochure, as well as on the website. He told me that I could book on a Wednesday for half the regular price. I went today, April 9, 2013 not even three weeks later, Shakil tells me I have to pay full price. I told him to honor his word and he just simply said, No...It's full price because its 4th of July week, when he was the one who suggested the date to me. I am super angry and he did not even try to accomadate me or at least prorate it....He was so UGH! I do not recommend this place because the customer service sucks! Customer service is what brings people back to your establishment and word of mouth can ruin businesses. I will be telling every person I know that Sterling Banquet Hall would not honor their word nor accomadate their mistake. Not to mention, false advertising, your advertising said half on weekdays!
