La Fontaine Reception Hall

I would like to thank La Fontaine for helping me through the stress of planning a wedding for 300 people! Every member of their team holds a special place in our memories and heart: Estevan convinced me that La Fontaine was the perfect venue for us, Elsa dealt with my wedding Pinterest board for the decoration (sorry, Elsa), and the owners, Elvia and Camilo, made sure to be around when I most needed them. With that said, I call all the brides to have their weddings at La Fontaine!

Its a beautiful place nothing to compare to other Venues. When I saw the reviews it scared me a bit. It turn out to be a great place after all and would truly recommend this place. My wedding was exellent, the staff was great with my guest. I was so stress with the whole planinng but who dosent get stress. But the day of my wedding turn out to be the best day of my life. La Fontaine staff but everything in place and its a good thing I but all the bad comments to the side. All I have to say thank you and God Bless this venue.

I booked my wedding date for spring 2013 and at first la fontaine owner Elvia and her husban Camilo treat you like a royal queen and promise you that everything is going to be well taken care of and they are there to help you but is just all BS talk all they care about is to get you to sign a contract and pay the deposit after you sign a contract you are basically screw I tried getting hold of elvia or camilo for hundreds of times and nobody will ever return my call left messages and nothing... Make sure YOU ASK TO READ THE CONTRACT!!!! They hide a lot of things from customers I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy!! Don't be fool by the beauty of the venue it's a pretty venue but own by careless and money hungry people Elvia and Camilo!!!!!!!

this place is super disorganized and unprofessional. They only want to take your money and make all these promises. after the date you are locked into the contract and they don't have to give you a refund which is 180 days before your event-everything changes. They treat you like you are not important. They manager, Estevan Salazar, told me he didn't have to accommodate me for their mistakes because they are booked for the rest of the year and they run a good business. He told me he didn't care if I didn't understand how the operated or not.

I would give the actual venue a 5 star but 1/2 star for the people I had to deal with. My wedding was amazingly beautiful but I had a lot to do with it. My attention to details was my most important thing.The quality of the product you receive with La Fontaine is very good but the way they are running the business is just plain wrong. I will not get into too much detail but I personally will not recommend this to anyone I know...I care too much about them. It's beautiful but the experience was painful.

Too expensive for what they offer. Never return a call just take your money and buisness somewhere else and look for real packages.

THE PRESIDENT ELVIA IS VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT KEEP HER WORD. IF U DO BOOK WITH THEM MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BY HER ONLY CAUSE I HAD STUFF IN WRITING WITH HER MANAGER SINDY AND SHE THAT SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD DO THAT BUT I THINK THAT IS BULLSH*T, THINKING OF GOING TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT, WE SIGNED WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE PROMOTION THEY HAD AT THAT TIME WHICH WAS FREE SOFT DRINKS THE WHOLE NIGHT AND SHE CALLS ME AS IM WALKING OUT THE DOOR TO GET INTO MY LIMO ON MY WEDDING DAY SAYING THAT SHE ISNT PROVIDING THAT AND THATS THAT....I WAS SOO UPSET THAT IT KINDA RUINED MY DAY AT THAT TIME. SHE WAS RUDE TO A LOT OF MY GUEST, SHE DIDNT LET SOME OF MY GUEST IN, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE WAITERS WERE GOING TO SERVE THE FOOD AND THEN AT THE TIME FOR THE FOOD SHE SAYS NO THAT THEY ARENT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT, SO I HAD TO ASK SOME O F MY GUEST TO HELP SERVE. THE DJ HEARD HER SAY "NO VIERA RENTADO EL SALON A ESTA GENTE DE PULGA" WHAT KIND OF PERSON SAYS THAT?!!?!? YOU WILL REGRET SIGNING WITH THIS BALLROOM, CAUSE SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME ABOUT HER BUT IT WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE DATE TO CANCEL. ITS A NICE PLACE BUT THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU MAKE SURE YOU COMMENT ON THEM.....
