Perfection Cleaning

Very bad at communication, and would only do scheduling with us over text and email. I had requested they come Friday and they responded I had been scheduled for the 31st. Being they scheduled it, and I was very busy I assumed the 31st must had fallen on a Friday and agreed to it. When they called to verify the appointment before coming out and the misunderstanding came up they voided the promotional value of my Amazon Local deals voucher...which really wasn't even all that good of a deal anyway, and worthless without the promotional value. There are cleaning services that value customers much more out there at much better rates I would suggest over this one.

I would not give a zer star rating but that's not an option. Lisa Young, owner of Perfection Cleaning is extremely unprofessional. I have had my home cleaned by professional cleaning services and have always been treated with the upmost respect but NOT by Professional Cleaning Service and Lisa Young. I asked Lisa for a more definite time that the cleaners would arrive to my home. She indicated that she couldnt do that until June 8th. I emailed her on June 8th and she said that anytime between 11-2. As a young working professional this is an unrealistic time frame and normally cleaing services that I have used before would give me a 1-2 hour window but no more.



I called Lisa the night before and asked if she could call me immediately with a more definite time frame.



I've contacted Lisa several times and every time she has been unprofessional, curt, and plain rude.

This idea was purchased on GROUPON....and Lisa was paid before for the service so she has no attachment to the outcome = quality customer service.
