Do not move here if you work late,you will never find a parking spot!

Parking here absolutely sucks. I literally drove around for an hour looking for a spot and that is no exaggeration, parking here is so bad that people have to park on the side street and then that gets packed so there's nowhere left.

They marked off regular spots as 'reserved', so now you have to shell out $30 if you want to have a parking spot. There are several reserved spots open but no one wants to fork up anymore money than they already are for this place, which is causing a parking nightmare. Management needs to quit being greedy and get rid of the reserved crap unless it's under carports.

If you like roaches, dripping paint mold, and having your car broken into, go there. The management is a joke. The Courtesy Officer is a joke. The pools are always closed. The security gates are never closed. There is no parking, but they have the nerve to tow.

Don't move here! Maintenance & roaches are a problem. The management sucks and parking is a nightmare!

The apartments are not kept, the security gates are a joke, management fixes nothing at all. They take everyone and anyone, if you need a place to live now for now, sure but it's not a place where you'd call home. The 2 pools look like swamps and if your AC goes down you'd better invest in a fan.
