General Info: Niyati Hariyani is a certified physician assistant and a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES). She's also board certified in advanced diabetes management and is certified in fracture liaison service. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Houston Baptist University in 2013 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2015. Before joining Kelsey-Seybold in September 2022, Niyati spent five years as a physician assistant at Sugar Land Endocrine & Thyroid, where she diagnosed and treated patients with endocrine conditions.
