Natalie & Co.

The situation began on September 16th 2016 when ABC Nails and Spa ordered 23 New Century Spa Chairs from Natalie & Co for $69,000 USD, with the deposit of $37,500 USD. Steve Thai, as Chairman/Founder of Natalie & Co was obligated to deliver those chairs by January 2017 and nothing had arrived.
By February 2017 after the numerous unsuccessful calls, texts and emails to the company, we sent a request to Steve Thai to ask for a refund so we could order new spa chairs for our Spa since it had already opened in January (with a monthly rent of $6000 USD). After sending the email we immediately got a new delivery date which was on May 1, 2017 and was confirmed by Steve Thai and again, he failed to deliver.
On May, 25th 2017 we received 16 temporary chairs from Natalie & Co which was no match compared to the chairs that we had ordered and it lacked in both style and quality.
By July, 2017 we had no choice but to ask Mr. Kort A. Besore to represent us to deal with this matter legally. This time we got a confirmation letter from Natalie & Co to deliver 23 Spa Chairs by August 16th, 2017 and continuously they failed to deliver.
Then Steve Thai and his employees promised to deliver in November before Thanksgiving 2017 and repeatedly nothing happened and they assured us again that the delivery will occur on Dec 20th 2017 and they still failed to hold up their promises.
To make the story short we got a promise again on 2/28/2018 and another time on 4/15/2018 and we still received nothing.
It has been a year and a half year since Natalie & Co has continuously broken their promises and has put our company through a riskful, stressful, time-consuming, and costly process.
So Natalie & Co i.e. Steve Thai, when will our next delivery date?
