i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseHorrible service. I dropped my computer off for a diagnostic. After two days, I called and left a message asking the results of the diagnostic. No one responded. I called a second time later that evening and was told that I would be given a call back. Another 3 days passed without hearing anything. I called again to learn that a tech took a look at it and gave up on the issue. No one bothered to called to say anything. My husband picked up the computer only to find out later that the technician broke the computer hinge and damaged the motherboard. I've contacted them several times but no one has responded.
