Luciano's Pizza

Just ordered and I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery. My ONE pizza was hard and cold! And definitely lacks flavor!! The bottle of chocolate milk I ordered was unsealed and leaking and the lid wasn't screwed on all the way and there was crusty milk around the lid!!!!!! we are DISSATISFIED. They were out of bacon! Keep up with your inventory! The pizza sauce tasted old! The driver gave us the wrong ticket and tried charging us for more than what we ordered for. Never again!

I ordered a pasta dish from this place from grub hub and I specialized the alfredo dish on grub hub site lets you specialize orders and when i got the order it was just a regular alfedo dish i wanted it with plain noodles and baked cheese on top i called after i opened it and the worker said they do not specialize orders and told me to call management in 20 minutes i called twice and left a voicemail they did not answer or return my calls so i called grubhub and a worker there called Luciano's and the workers a Luciano's lied to them and said they made my order how i wanted it and said i will not get a refund! grubhub took care of me and emailed me a $10 gift card because of this. Lucianos is the worst experience especially since they blatantly lied about everything to grubhub. Don't waste your time with this place ! They are cheap and don't care about customer service!

its made in u order,its fresh, and the atmosphere is friendly too! im a repeat customer its just so good!
