I needed to pull plans quickly to apply for a building permit from the City of Houston and found LSC Engineering Consultants, LLC to help me. It was the only firm among several I contacted that committed to putting it to work immediately at a reasonable price. Leonardo and his firm worked extremely hard and was very responsive throughout. They delivered quality structural and architectural plans necessary for obtaining a residential addition and remodel building permit. Even though we were at year end with all the holidays, he delivered the plans as expected. He was also extremely helpful to address city comments and I was able to turn around the following day and obtain the permit.
