Real Estate Litigation
Licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, Courtney C. Sossaman is the in-house fee attorney for our office. Courtney’s higher education includes a B.S. in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University in 1998 and a J.D. from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2001, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, Courtney first worked as an associate at a construction litigation firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and later accepted a position working for a criminal district court judge in Baton Rouge. Courtney relocated to Houston in 2003 and again practiced construction litigation and family law, until she found her niche in real estate law as a closing attorney. She enjoys interacting with clients and tackling new challenges on a daily basis.
