Jackson's Place Dog Daycare & Bakery

This maybe a nice facility however the owner is extremely rude and condescending. After several times trying to make an appointment, completing the online forms, verifing shot records and a phone call from the owner. She proceeded to lecture me on how difficult her new groomers clients were. Let me be clear, we are not choosing to do business with Jacksons Place but we choose the groomer who recently transfered to this facility. As a business owner I understand the Customer is not always right but you should never lecture, insult and berate a customer. This woman was rude and her behavior was unacceptable. I would hate to deal with her as a long standing Customer if she didnt get her way. Poor customer service!
