Great payment plan and willing to work with elderly on fixed income without credit. This is phenomenal! . However, there were promises made like: be there in an hour and did not see them for two days. Or like: after a month, this weekend project finally had a working water line connected. I still do not have the whole house in line filter that was promised but not in writing on the estimate. After multiple calls still nothing is resolved, yet. Very, very slow. I think their attentions may be divided too many directions. Also, my trench is STILL a trench and completely sunk in after the rain as well as the neighbor 4 houses down. Both need dirt and grass replaced.
