Thank you for helping me out with my insurance needs in such a timely manner. It is very hard these days to keep costs under control as it is. I am glad that we were able to do this and save money too. Also, thanks for the frequent policy reviews to help me save money.

I cannot offer a recommendation for Hometown Insurance Solutions.

There are more knowledgable, experienced and professional agents in the area.



While requesting a homeowners insurance quote, although courteous, agent provided me with less than the expected level of service to the point of being unhelpful.



a) NO response to repeated emails

b) office phone rang many (>15) times till finally answered on cell phone. (where is staff?)

c) single quote was ~24% over-market and ...

d) ... did NOT provide basic policy discosures,

( company, coverage-details, options, ... )

e) agent seemed inexperienced with Texas-Wind policies & refused to provide a quote.



p.s. This outfit was apparently created as an 'after-thought' by the parent agency "Highpoint Insurance Group" (same address) to enter the consumer market.
