Georgian Westside Town Homes

This place is relatively cheap - but you get what you pay for. A few years ago it was half way decent, but apparently they prefer to rent to anyone who has the money for a deposit, than to upstanding citizens. There is NO MAINTENANCE onsite and the management is a group of asians who barely understand (or at least pretend not to) english and therefore you can't get anything fixed. In the past year or two it has been riddled with criminal activity. If you like living next to welfare mothers and drunk baby-daddies, this is the place for you. Of course the welfare mothers will knock at your door at all hours to "borrow" things you'll never see again and the drunk baby-daddies like driving their hoopties into your cars. Fair warning!!! If you ever get past the asian management and get to the white lady who claims to be the property manager (DEBBIE HARLOW 713-428-8569) forget about getting any assistance. She is just as useless. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

This is a horrible complex, I moved in because rent is so cheap but there is no maintance. They turn the water without notice, leasing office is a joke. They are open monday - friday 1:30- about 5 But the lady does not speak english well. They recieved a fine for the green algae infested pool. NO maintance request is concidered a emergency, NOT even no air conditioner, water leaks, or a flood. When Ike came I got water damage that still has not been fixed. On the other hand they have three pit bulls, so I guess they allow all breeds. Parking is always a comical issue, we have assigned parking but when some is in your spot you can't do anything. Guest parking, well we are still looking, we have been parking in the grass in the middle of the yard. If you live at the far end you better not drive, or you better not want to park near your house. There are only 50 townhomes but I would rather live in a big complex with maintance. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX!!
